Robin Hood, in collaboration with Columbia University’s Center on Poverty and Social Policy and its Population Research Center, released its annual food insecurity report, Poverty Tracker Spotlight on Food Assistance from New York City’s Pantry System. The report defines food hardship as sometimes or often running out of food, or a person worrying that they will.
