Creating the U.S. Overture prototype
This prototype of the Creating the U.S. Overture was set up at the fabrication warehouse of Design & Production, in Lorton, Virginia. The text ribbon is interactive: cameras mounted in the top molding of the cabinet detect movement and distance of people, and feeds data to the application which "reacts" by changing the depth and scale of the ribbon in the projection.
