Fremont, Ohio 2nd Empire 5
I found this house the week of Thanksgiving, 1988, somewhere near Fremont, Ohio, I think. If anyone knows where it is please let me know as I would love to see it again. Check my stream for other views of it and a similar house that was featured in Popular Photography taken by Doug West. The amazing thing is they are both so similar in style, unlike anything I have ever seen and both in the same state of decay. He says that the other one was definitely torn down a long time ago. It looked at the time like someone was doing work on this one.
UPDATE: This is the same house as the one Doug West photographed. It was outside of Fremont, Ohio, had been used as a "Haunted house" and burned sometime in the mid nineties.
