Pink. Mint? Pink? Huh?

When I was checking to see what would be a good background color for this Macro Mondays' theme of "pink," I discovered that pink’s complementary color is mint. What better way to honor the color mint than by spelling it out in pink letters? Yes. I know. I’m weird.

The lettering is adhesive-backed. The letters have the levitating look that you get when you Photoshop and paste something to a background, but I assure you, I actually did physically apply them to the glass tiles. Total width of the picture is about 2.5" (64mm).

Overall lighting was from incandescent room light. The tiles were lit by one 2-AA incandescent Maglite top left of the glass tiles and one 2-AA incandescent Maglite to the right side of the tiles.

ISO 800, f32 at 6 seconds. Canon 6D Mark II and Canon 100mm f2.8L macro IS USM Lens.
