Just in time for Halloween!
Taken on at Elwood Motor Sports in Cave Creek, Arizona at an Arabella Models sponsored shoot. Great fun.
Models: Shanterra (low) and Yvonne (high). Yvonne designed the tops and capes.
Makeup by the extremely talented Geneva Lobato-Mitchell.
Strobist info: Key light was two Canon 550EX Speedlites fired into a silver umbrella about seven to eight feet high and just a little over to my left and behind me, power setting not recorded. The red rim light came from three Canon 550EX Speedlites fired into a silver umbrella about 8 feet high and about 7 feet off to the right. I used two plain red gels and one plasa red (dark red) gel over the Speedlites, and the Speedlites were each set to 1/2 power. All five speedlites were triggered by Pocket Wizards.
Finished with a Digital Fill Flash layer, a Daily Multivitamins layer and a and a Diffuse Glow (Subtle Small) layer using onOne plug-in for Photoshop CS4. Scrappy 35mm frame added using onOne.
Canon 60D and Canon 17-55mm f2.8 IS lens.
