Kunawarritji Fuel Prices

That's officially the most I've EVER shelled out for fuel. At $3.40/litre I think it rates as the most expensive fuel outlet in Australia.

What hurt the most was the fact that the next leg of my journey (850 km) was to take me beyond the safe range of my on-board supply, so I needed to fill some Jerry cans here as well.

On top of my 145 litre capacity, I calculated that I could probably make it with an additional 20 litres (ie one jerry), so figured that 40 litres would see me do it easily. I therefore took 60 litres, just to be sure.

So with a total of 121 litres taken on board I earned the dubious honour of their best fuel sales for the day (thus far).
