Sundays With Rusty (13/52 2011)
This is the look-of-love.. The look of "Do you have any treats for me?" is unmistakably different.
Although the above look-of-love was captured outside, in the sun today, most of them happen inside. I've been away from home a lot this week. Each time I return I can slam the door, check my voicemail, make calls, turn on the radio, put away the groceries, take a shower ... you get the idea. I can make noise and get all kinds of things done ... no Rusty.
It isn't until I go into the bedroom and touch her that she instantly comes to life. She goes from a deep sleep to jumping up with a big welcome and that look ... not the "Do you have any treats for me?" look ... the other one.
That's my dear deaf Rusty!
