This is a Pentax 67 with an old (single switch) Asahi Pentax TTL Penta Prism, Wooden left hand Grip, Custom made black Sugru right hand grip, and a Takumar SMC 55mm f3.5 lens with a DIY quick focus ring (pipe clamp and lamp knobs)
