Fried crickets with red chilis and fried basil leaves. OK, so they are bugs. Get over it. Not too different from shrimps on the evolutionary scale, right? They are like popcorn ... not substantial, but they really taste delicious. Recommended. Ben Thai restaurant, Polk Street, San Francisco, USA.
