I think wood anemones are one of my very favourite flowers to photograph. They remind me of elegant dancers twirling their skirts.
We don't have any close to home, but my daughter kindly agreed to look after her younger brother for an hour yesterday so that I could travel to a favourite spot. Unfortunately I ended up with a very flat tyre, and despite a kind (and patient!) family spending the best part of an hour helping me, we couldn't get the wheel off!
I ended up calling a recovery service and and arrived very late home. At least my daughter got her favourite Indian takeaway as a big thank you!
