bamboo mattress

With the tropical humidity and heat the local way to get some shut eye is to spread a bamboo mattress on top of the regular one. Knowing the normal Chinese mattresses a set of mahjong blocks can actually soften the mysterious product they call mattress as I could swear my marble windowsill is softer than the mattress we use to have. Happily the white one we have now is nice and soft, but really hot and I'll be testing tonight if the set of dominos under the sheets will keep me cooler.
