This Minolta A-2 rangefinder, released in 1955, sparks so much joy, both from restoring and using it. One just need to work on a vintage Minolta camera or two to understand why Lecia collaborated with them for their CL, R3, R4, etc. On the chemical side, after 12 initial rolls without replenishment, my bottle of XTOL should now be well seasoned, hence XTOL-R. Pushed one stop plus yellow filter, I like this result a lot.
Minolta A-2
Chiyoko Rokkor 45mm f/2.8
Kentmere Pan 100 (pushed 1 stop)
Self developed in Kodak XTOL-R, and scanned with DSLR (Nikon D610 + Tokina 100mm f/2.8 macro lens).
