Out of bed this morning at 3:40am, and off on a HUGE drive to Katoomba to capture an amazing sunrise over a fog filled valley and the glorious Three Sisters. Well, that plan kinda fell apart. Arrived at 5:22am, with another 1.5 hours to go to sunrise...first mistake. It was cold, but not cold enough to form cloud and fog on the valley floor, and the clouds kinda decided to stay a little to the left of frame instead of spreading out over the entire horizon. None the less, it was a great morning, followed by a super brekky in downtown Katoomba. Thanks to Khosrow for the great company too. As Big Arnie would say..."I'll be back!!"
