Seven Bridges Road

Seven Bridges Road

Don Henley

There are stars

In the Southern sky

Southward as you go

There is moonlight

And moss in the trees

Down the Seven Bridges Road

Now I have loved you like a baby

Like some lonesome child

And I have loved you in a tame way

And I have loved you wild

Sometimes there's a part of me

Has to turn from here and go

Running like a child from these warm stars

Down the Seven Bridges Road

There are stars in the Southern sky

And if ever you decide

You should go

There is a taste of thyme sweetened honey

Down the Seven Bridges Road

Taken in Killarney National Park last week. I spotted this bridge in 2011 on my last trip to Ireland, and put it on my list of locations to shoot this time around. Really tranquil here. I was knee deep in water for a while, and for October in Ireland, it was actually quite pleasant. Thanks to my brothers Aidan and Derek for the company on this morning. Cheers Lads.

Hope you like "Seven Bridges Road". Cheers, Mike
