I really lucked out with this one as I was wracking my brain for where to find an abandoned building the night before the chase is over.
Richard is a jeweler and his shop was this cool old-school gas station that was, unfortunately, unreinforced masonry. The Unreinforced Masonry SWAT Unit hit the county about two weeks ago, and Richard's place was tagged and condemned.
But he found a good way to let everyone know where they can find him now.
The parrot is a portrait of his real pet.
