I am living in a meat eating country, so I enjoy cooking up as many veggie dishes as possible!
Recipe:
Jasime rice, fresh ginger (that's key!), onions, small potatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, freshly ground nutmeg, olive oil, garlic.
Takes about 30 minutes. Super tasty!
