The tomato-basil gel was delicious, as was the idiazabal cheese cream. The sponge and bath salts were finished more quickly, but we kept going back to the gel and putting more on our spoons between bites of cheese cream. The "mouthwash" was cava with grenadine, so it had a little of that alcohol bite to it.
Not listed on the menu was the shot of gazpacho in the foreground of this picture. Nothing particularly noteworthy about it; it was just a really good, refreshing gazpacho.
