Steve had a day off on Good Friday, so we went to Ballard to try a new place for lunch: Porkchop & Co. It's quickly become our new favorite; we went again for lunch two weeks later. Steve had a porchetta sandwich with spicy pickled vegetables and chimichurri, and I had the Apple Melt (fancy grilled cheese with pickled apples and caramelized onions). They were both served with a cabbage slaw.
