In the GoMA's description, this work is said to almost echo and mock the Gateway Arch (an arch existing in St Louis, Missouri, completed by Finnish-American architect, Eero Saarinen, in the 1960s) with its supposedly unstable structure - floppy cardboard boxes diminishing in size.
