Le Passage Agard, Cours Mirabeau, Aix-en-Provence - CIC - Chapellerie du Cours Mirabeau

This passageway building is Le Passage Agard.

A former Carmelite convent, which links the Cours Mirabeau to the Law Courts (Palais de Justice). In here is the Deux Garcons cafe, formerly frequented by Cezanne and his friends, and the Oblats chapel, once the chapel of the Carmelite convent.

From the Cours Mirabeau.

Old adverts on the wall.

Created in 1846 by Félicien Agard, owner of much of the former Carmelite convent Great, this passage is the shortest route and most popular among the Cours Mirabeau and Place du Palais de Justice. At night the passage is closed by grids

On the corner of Cours Mirabeau and Rue Fabrot is a CIC bank.

On this side it says "Chapellerie du Cours Mirabreau".

In front is a lamppost and a sign for towing cars.
