I keep seeing this dummy / mannequin hanging up in Selly Oak on the Bristol Road.

 

It's been there since Stranger Things season 4 in 2022 or 2023 at least, and still there as of 2025.

 

Season 5 of Stranger Things is due to drop on Netflix in November and December 2025.
