Stencils. BLEC LE RAT. The L.I.S.A. Project. Lower Manhattan.

I had put this piece up before but I am doing it again because I forgot to do all the details. In addition in looking at the piece I thought it was a positive nod to the arts. Seen are music, dance and the visual arts. The birds seem to be happy as well.
