St. Petersberg Castle is a castle on a hill above the Inn Valley west of Silz in Tyrol, Austria. The castle Petersberg in 1228, came into the possession of the Counts of Tyrol through various owners. Today, the headquarter of the Engelwerk (Opus Sanctorum Angelorum) a spiritual movement founded in 1949 by Gabriele Bitterlich. In 2008 Pope Benedict XVI recognized for the Catholic Church.
