A night and fog situation on the banks of the Rhine river between Strasbourg (France) and Kehl (Germany). I liked the orange tint from the sodium lamps here, though it might work in bw as well (i'll add a bw version in the comments section).
I'm trying to squeeze this one into several group challenges this week:
Ellenburg 52 weeks "framed" - for the pier on the right framing the next one.
The Flickr Lounge "alphabeth P/Q" - P for piers and pillars.
Fenced Friday - for the fence on the pier- HFF!
