This ATC was created by rubber stamping the mermaid image onto a transparency and painting the reverse side with twinkling H2O watercolors. The transparency was attached to metallic cardstock with spray adhesive, trimmed and matted with black cardstock to finish. The Mermaid rubber stamp is by A La Art Rubber Stamps.
