The Queen Rules

This ATC was created by rubber stamping the Arches image onto acetate and attaching it with spray adhesive to background paper that has been sponged with decorative chalk. The panel was trimmed to size and attached to a Black ATC that has been edged with gold leafing pen. The clip art queen was trimmed, accented with glitter glue and attached with foam tape.
