Layered 3-D Multi Media Collage tag art ATC. The background on the ATC was rubber stamped with a pattern. The stamped background and all the decorative papers and clip art were sponged with yellow, red and blue inks. Tag punches and a postage punch were used along with gold leafing pen for interest.
