Francesca, dark drapes

These pictures were taken at a flash photography workshop last week with Neil van Niekerk. We were exploring how quite simple lighting techniques could be used in social photography to enhance or supplement ambient light.

I loved these dark drapes and thought they suited Francesca's colouring very well. Light bounced from the left of camera.
