The Goblin
A couple years ago I went exploring a chestnut forest in a remote area of Italian Appennini. The quest it was to find a old trees grove dated back to the middle ages. After not few diffuculties I was able to locate this incredible place. The area is completely wild and trees are truly difficult for isolate due to the many bushes and the very weird shapes due to the extreme age but the otherworldly atmosphere and innatural silence made the experience extremely interesting.
This exemplar it was partially broken but the shape of trunk remined me a Goblin eating mushrooms.
For processing this tree I used my specific workflow you can find in my last Masterclass "A Journey into the World of Forests" 6 Hours deidicated to the world of forests where I explain various techniques to master these shots
