Education Cannot Wait High-Level Mission in Chad

Education Cannot Wait's high-level field mission with UNHCR to the border regions of Chad with Sudan where tens of thousands of refugees have arrived by May 2023. During the mission, ECW's Yasmine Sherif announced a First Emergency Response grant to provide access to safe and protective learning environments for incoming refugee girls and boys and support the host communities.
