Flik's Flyers
While the kids where on Flik's Flyers, I couldn't help but notice how much the Tower of Terror seemed to overshadow A Bug's Land this night. Perhaps it was the angle at which I was situated or maybe because it was close to closing time and the place was quite quiet. I quickly realized that the Tower of Tower would serve as a great backdrop to Flik's Flyers. Though I did have my tripod on me, I wasn't motivated enough to set it up at that moment. I figured that I would "wing it" with a hand held long exposure capture and see what happens. Trying to remember everything I learned many. many years ago from Marine Corp. Boot Camp, I held my breath and "pulled the trigger". It seemed like the longest 1.6 seconds ever! I was fairly happy with the results, but it just shows to prove that if you have a tripod, use it!
