When I was growing up in the 60's in order to reward you for filing up you got Blue Chip Stamps, drinking glasses, steak knives (yes knives!), and tickets to the SF Giants. Your oil was checked, the windshield was washed, and the tire pressure topped off. And..gas was less than 25 cents.
