Proud Royal

python. "Monty" had just shed his skin and was looking great. He's a Royal (ball) python (Python regius). I've cared for him since 1987 and he is most likely over 30 years old. Royal pythons rarely exceed 4 - 5 feet in length and are native to west Africa. Photo by Frank
