Improving public procurement policies is on the agenda of many countries, both to ensure optimal use of scarce budget resources and to develop and promote anti-corruption initiatives.

 

The panel discussion exploreD latest best practice to create modern and efficient public procurement frameworks, with a focus on the use of eProcurement tools, recent success stories, and on the impact that international organisations can have on implementing successful eProcurement reforms in transition countries.

 

Following the panel discussion, the new issue of EBRD legal journal devoted to Enforcing Court Decisions in Transition Countries was presented and copies made available to all participants.
