The one who cooks isn't supposed to also have to clean, is she?
My Old Man's son is visiting from England, which is a blast. He's a vegan, and I'm having fun trying out some recipes that I've discovered since the last time he visited. (two thumbs WAY UP for the Double-Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake from FatFree Vegan. OMG crazy-good).
But I may have a tendency to go overboard with the number of dishes served at any one meal, which means a lot of clean-up in our tiny little kitchen. Yo. This is part of why I cook, y'all - I hate to clean! But I got stuck with it on Saturday night. At least this kind of thing goes in the bank. You know what I'm talking about, right? My Old Man is going to owe me, yes?
