3 yongnuo flashes strapped together with rubber bands to over power the sun , these are the YN560III so they have internal receivers , triggered with their respective YN560III-TX , google it, its a sexy beast , furthermore i had these babies inside an 86inch (7 foot) umbrella slightly camera left at ground level, it was too windy to try to raise the umbrella so i kept it at ground level, i can sit in front of this umbrella and still get light on my subject. I wanted a shallow depth of field but shooting wide open at 1.8 totally overexposed the picture so i slapped on a Tiffen Neutral Density filter which helped cut back some light . Some post processing in photoshop and here is the final result.
