Copper beech
The leaves are wonderfully golden in winter, making the Copper beech my winter favourite as it adds colour to any winter day!
This sunny, windy day in January didn't look like midwinter - though it did feel like it ;o)

The map function seems to have totally failed - so the shot was taken at Fyvie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. In the grounds of Fyvie Castle there is a small loch, with a wooded loch-side walk.
