The state of the world today, overrun by absurdity and corruption, has become an unbearable weight. Politics, once a means of fostering progress and unity, now seems like a theater of manipulation, deceit, and empty promises. Every headline, every conversation, feels like a reminder of the rot festering at the core of society. The cynicism is thick in the air, and it’s hard not to choke on it.

The hypocrisy, the greed, the manipulation of power—it’s all so overwhelming. It's like being trapped in a never-ending cycle of lies and selfishness, where those in charge serve their own interests while the rest of us are left to clean up the mess. I can't help but feel disgusted by the way this world has been shaped by those who care nothing for truth or justice.

Sometimes, the noise of it all is deafening, and the only way to find peace is to step away from the chaos. To escape the madness, even if only for a moment, and seek sanctuary in places where corruption hasn’t seeped in. We can’t control the world, but we can choose where to find solace, where to protect our minds and souls from the toxic fumes of a broken system. Finding peace, even briefly, becomes an act of resistance—because we need to care for ourselves if we ever hope to have the strength to confront this wretched world.

In these moments, I find refuge in simplicity, in nature, in quiet. Far from the noise, there’s room to breathe, to heal, and to remember that not everything is tainted. I retreat because it’s the only way I can endure this madness.
