Double Rainbow Panorama

A double rainbow appears after a brief summer storm passes over Anthony Lake in Oregon.

The rest of the story is that this was taken while my family and I were staying at a cabin on this lake. After I heard the rain stop, I stepped out and saw sunlight and peeked through the trees down to the take and saw a bit of the rainbow. I told my wife, who was setting dinner on the table mind you, "I'll be right back in a minute". 15 minutes later I was busted at the edge of the lake when my friend, who was staying at the cabin with us, found me still shooting. I guess I should have mentioned that I saw a rainbow and was grabbing my camera...Dooh! If I had then I'm sure my wife would have known better than to expect me back "in a minute". I'm sure lucky she loves me. lol.

A total of 12 frames went into this image; 4 for the pano x 3 HDR per frame. Oh, and I hardly ever shoot panos, so I was reminded yet again when trying to process this, that 17mm is NOT a good idea, luckily CS5 can work wonders with distortion!
