Fire System Pipe Freeze Damage
One of the more annoying -- but useful! -- things we discovered as part of this whole mess is that for over 16 years the bathroom exhaust fan has been venting directly onto the underside of the roof in one of the void spaces. Mold/mildew treatment is being included in the repairs. We hope we will get a permanent fix for this, too.
