British Engineers bridge the gap in Nahr-e-Saraj [Image 3 of 8]

Sapper Mike Carter, an electrician with 8 Troop, 39 Armored Engineer Squadron, 24 Engineer Regiment, 3 Commando Brigade, helps connect two pieces of a bridge being constructed across the Nahr-e-Bughra Canal near the border of Nahr-e-Saraj and Nad ‘Ali, June 11. Over the course of six days, 25 engineers with 39 AES, 24 Engineer Regiment, 3 Commando Brigade, constructed a 45-meter-long logistics support bridge across the NEB Canal near the border of Nahr-e-Saraj and Nad ‘Ali.
