Red and white colored lighthouse In Scheveningen near the sea

A lighthouse on a pier near the beach is like a beautiful vase of flowers. Without the flowers the vase would still be beautiful, but with the flowers in it it is really complete. This is also the case on one of the harbor heads in the wonder area of Scheveningen. The red and white lighthouse is a much photographed object, often in combination with the extensive pier, the blocks of stones and the sea. At wind force 6, the pier will be closed to the public for safety reasons, but this aside. In the photo the cracks and groves on the asphalt of the pier are clearly visible, making the place much more authentic. Last week, I went there for a lovely walk and fully enjoyed breathing the sea air. In addition to that , the blowing wind felt to me as an invisible guardian angel that flew over me.

Een vuurtoren op een pier bij het strand is als een mooie vaas met bloemen. Zonder de bloemen zou de vaas nog steeds mooi zijn, maar met de bloemen erin is het pas echt compleet. Zo is dat ook het geval op het havenhoofd in wondergebied Scheveningen. De rood witte kleine vuurtoren is een veel gefotografeerd object veelal in combinatie met de uitgestrekte pier, de blokken stenen en de zee. Bij windkracht 6 wordt de pier overigens afgesloten voor het publiek vanwege de veiligheid, maar dit terzijde. Op de foto zijn de scheuren en groeven op het asfalt van de pier goed waar te nemen waardoor het allemaal nog veel authentieker is geworden. Vorige week heb ik er nog heerlijk gewandeld en volop genoten van de zeelucht en de wind die ik over mijn kale hoofd voelde bewegen. De waaiende wind voelde toen als een soort van onzichtbare beschermengel die elegant over me heen vloog.
