This permanent installation is part of the artwork and film Ceremony, created by artist Phil Collins in 2017. The film follows the journey of a decommissioned statue from its previous site in Ukraine to its inauguration in Manchester, highlighting the legacy that this German philosopher has in the city where he lived and worked for more than twenty years.
Commissioned by 14-18 NOW, HOME and Manchester International Festival. Funded by Arts Council England and the Henry Moore Foundation.
