Don'ts of blended learning
I don't think 2 hours of pre-recorded lecture and about 80 slides to read through is the most engaging way to learn a subject
Labs are not being conducted as they should be, we've been given kits and asked to work on ourselves, though we are on zoom but you know it doesn't work like normal circumstances
Students find it hard to communicate verbally their queries about the use of software in a Q&A session as opposed to how it would be in a computer lab where the GTA can show them on the computer
Lecturers are now allowing enough time to watch asynchronous lectures, read and understand material before synchronous lectures and do assignments
