WD 2-8-0 90031 and BR standard 9F 2-10-0 92175 head for the shed, whilst behind them A1 pacific stands as the southbound pilot in case of loco failures on the main line. To the left of the locos was a BTH Type 1 D82xx and in the far left a brand new electric loco E30xx later to become a Class 85 85xxx
