penang curry: first attempt

Last night, I made Penang curry for the first time. Here is the recipe I used. I am not sure if I added enough red curry paste, fish sauce, or sugar though; so next time, I will add more.

 

I have to say, it really stinks when you are making it, but by the end, it smells and tastes really good.

 

I can't wait to try again; this truly is one of my favorite dishes!!!

 

Oh yeah... and next time I will add basil.
