Backcountry Granite

You don't have to go to Yosemite to see huge granite cliff faces. This impressive peak in Wyoming is touted as the world's largest backcountry granite wall. We backpacked out to a lake nearby and had to cross this small inlet on the way. I really liked this shot of Evelyn jumping from rock to rock as she crossed. This was totally worth the 20-mile day to get here!
