Hot cuppa tea
Bought new glasses from Ikea yesterday. I was excited to have tea in the glass. Brought back memories of India, especially Kannur.
My folks are from Kannur, Kerala. They moved to Bangalore for work. We would visit Kannur at least once a year. One of the things I always remember about Kannur is the tea my aunts used to make. The tea had a smokey taste, since it was made on a wood stove. And it was served in a glass that looked like the one in the picture.
Can't wait to go back (well, just to visit, not for good)! If only, just for the tea. :)
