Families packed the basketball court bleachers inside Monti Physical Fitness Center during the second Welcome Home ceremony for Soldiers of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division returning from a nine month deployment, July 15, 2019, at Fort Drum, New York.
