HSC Change of Command Ceremony 30NOV16
On 30 November Capt. S. Kathleen Rogers passed the torch of Headquarters and Support Company command to Capt. Sean Frederick in a ceremony at Monti gym. Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Cedric Gaskin oversaw the passing of the Highlander command wishing Rogers well on her future endeavors and welcoming Frederick and his family to the HHBN team.
